- "Finally the pot is hot" said Ella. The cold water turns to hot water because of the fire, this is called convection.
- Wow, this pot is really fast to heat up.
- "The weather is so hot" said Emma. The heat from the sun is called radiation, it's good for our body but make sure don't stay out in the sun to much.
- Insulator
- "Ouch this pot is really hot" said Alice. Below the pot is a stove that's what making the pot hot, this is called Conduction.
- "Wow, this pot is really fast to heat up" said Candice. The pot is made of aluminium so it's fast to heat up, this is called conductor.
- The pot lid has a rubber so it's called insulator.
