  • This is important part because it gives emphasis that he is riding to the old inn door 
  • the couple have a talk of how he will come back the following night 
  • though hell should bar the way

  • this is important because it gives emphasis of the sound of the hooves of the horse on the brick paths 
  • he leaves and the grads are there the next morning to set there trap 
  • there was death at every window and hell at one dark one

  • he comes and she kills herself to warn him he gets it but still comes back for her and dies

  • this is describing that after he robs a place that he will have to go through obstickls to get back here 
  • this is saying that the red grads are at all the other windows and she is at the one and that is bad because they are trying to kill him and she dosent want to do that 
  • they are comparing him to a dog like there emphasizing that he is dead   
  • when they shot him down on the highway down like a dog on a highway
