In the beginning of the car scene, Anita, Sam, Mundín, and Mr. Washburn are traveling in the car. They are going to Oscar's house for schooling, but making a stop at Winky's because Mr. Washburn needs to. There was lots of stop and go traffic.

Mr. Washburn's car gets rear-ended and the trunk pops open. All of them get out of the car and inspect the damage. The police officer says he will help, but Mr. Washburn is insistent that the police doesn't help.
Everything is fine.
The police officer won't hear it and instead of backing off, he moves over and lifts the truck to inspect the damage. The guns are clearly revealed and seen by everyone.
In this scene, the police officer grabs the rope and realizes what the weapons are going to be used for. He then wraps the car up and closes the trunk and mumbles "You should get that fixed" to Mr. Washburn.
In this slide, The second policeman is asking if everything is okay. The policeman who is tying the rope says that everything is fine, letting the Mr. Washburn and his family go free.
The last scene is where it shows that the guns and their barrels are poking out of their bags, and Anita and Sammy are both very shocked about what just happened.
