  • Ancient rome was shaped like a boot. Also ancient rome was surrounded on three sides so it makes it a peninsula. 
  • influence of etruscan sports 
  • The myth of romulus and remus is when the king thought they were going to take the throne  so he sent them to drown in the tiber river. But a wolf came along and helped them so they didn't drown. 
  • influence Of greek architecture 
  • The romans knew how to build  cuniculus and arches. So if they knew how to build these things they would build bridges and homes. 
  • influence of greek religion and writing 
  • The romans had two deadly sports one was chariot racing where you could get ran over or die. another was slaves fighting  were you fight to the death and the winner got killed.
  • In rome's buildings they would copy greek and use concrete to make there buildings stable and bigger.
  • The romans adopted the greek alphabet and changed it.  The greek and romans alphabet had many similarities like they used all the same capital letters.
