It's 7 AM and I have a baseball game at 4 PM. I'm going to eat eggs, toast, fruit, and some milk for breakfast. This has protein, carbs, and healthy fats to start the day.
At 10:30, I am going to eat a Clif bar and some water for a snack. This snack contains carbohydrates and the water keeps me hydrated.
It's noon and its time to eat lunch. I will have a turkey sandwich with chips and water. This meal contains carbohydrates, protein, and a little fat.
3:00 - We are on the bus to the game and I am drinking water to stay hydrated before the game
4:00 Game Time
I got home at 7:30 from the game and I will eat chicken and vegetables with a protein shake because it has protein for recovery.
