  • Seizures take a great toll on the body because it effects the central nervous system.  Because of this, the victim may have uncontrollable jerking movements, labored breathing, abnormal breathing and much more. 
  • Most factors that cause seizures are uncontrollable.  Some of these factors would be flashing lights or patterns, illness, brain tumors and cerebral palsy. But a few things you can do to lower your chances of getting a seizure is not missing meds, avoiding  physiological stress as well as drugs and alcohol.
  • During the recovery period,  the person goes through a lucid phase where they feel completely normal. This usually lasts a couple of hours and afterwards the person may experience hallucinations or delusions from fatigue.
