  • The Islamic Empire had a bunch of achievements. One of them was that Islam had a bunch of successful philosophers. One of them being Ibn Rushd, he studied Greek philosophers. Another one being Avicenna who wrote many books on philosophy and medicine.

  • One more achievement of the Islamic Empire was that they made the Arabic numerals. The Arabic numerals consisted of the numbers 1-9, and now everyone uses them. Also, they made the concept of 0. Which now everyone uses the concept of 0.
  • The Islamic Empire was actually tolerant to Christians and Jews. They allowed them do many things. One of them being able to practice their faiths in the Islamic Empire. Although, they were allowed to do certain stuff, they had to pay special taxes for being a different religion

  • The Islamic Empire let people practice their religions. They did this unlike other Empires like the Roman Empire. The Islamic Empire let other religions practice their faiths because it made the different religions not rebel against them. Otherwise known as religious tolerance.
  • The Islamic Empire got the grade of B for Protecting Rights. The Islamic Empire got this grade because they allowed many religions to practice their own faiths. One of them being Christians allowed to practice their faith. Also, they only got a B because they made Christians and Jews pay special taxes because of their religion. This is why the Islamic Empire got a B for Protecting Rights.
