  • E-ActUKM System, the main function is to allow UKM members to simplify their steps in setting up events.

  • The UKM staff & student can register at E-ACT system. Then, they can update the user's information, and view the list of event that available. Next they can apply to the event they are interested in and purchase tickets online if needed.

  • The Event orgamizer can register at E-ACT system. Then, they can register an new event, the system will display the available venue to hold the activity and the event oragnizer can apply to use these venue. After the pusanika's staff approve the application, the event oragnizer can update the event info and post on the system.

  • The system also allow event organizer to book food truck for event.The system will display available food truck to event organizer. After the event organizer choose the desired food truck. The food truck staff will be notified once there's an approved event from the Pusanika.
  • The system allow user to pay for the tickets via online. Also the system can refund when the event cancelled or the user doesn't want to come.
  • Finally, the user can show the virtual ticket to come to the event, and the oragnizer will check with record on the system to let them in.
