  • Concentration Camps
  • Each of you will be medically inspected.
  • Bomb on Pearl Harbor
  • D-Day
  • The Concentration Camps played an important role in the Nazi regime. Hitler believed that the German race was superior. The Aryans were the "master race" which was his ideal type of blond hair, blue eyes, and tall in height. In order to achieve racial "purity" and for his race to rule the world, Hitler ordered Genocide on the people he considered "racially inferior" which were mainly Jews.
  • German Surrender of Stalingrad
  •  General Tojo Hideki ordered the strike on Pearl Harbor. Japan was in desperate need of resources for their war with China since the United States banned their ties of resources and for the continuation of Japan's conquest.The bombing is important because it brought America into the war. After Pearl Harbor, Japan was able to conquer countries and colonies in the Pacific.
  • Internment of Japanese Americans
  • D-Day was the Allies planned invasion of Northern France on the beaches of Normandy. The plan was to liberate Western Europe from Nazi-  Germany control. This battle was important because it was the turning point  of WWII. Within a month of the invasion, France was able to become liberated. 
  • Battle of Midway
  • The Battle of Stalingrad was between Germany and its allies on its attempt of taking control over Stalingrad from the Soviet Union. Hitler and his forces saw invading land only for its resources and  thus Stalingrad would offer them oil. With no ammunition or food the Germans were forced to surrender as they were surrounded by Western Allies.Hitler then committed suicide.
  • After the bombing on Pearl Harbor, every Japanese citizen could not be trusted. The U.S. was in fear of their safety. The government collected every Japanese American and sent them to Internment camps on the railroads to be incarcerated. 
  • The Battle of Midway was a navy battle between the U.S. and Japan in the Pacific. The battle is considered a turning point for the Pacific war. The Japanese ended up losing more than they had to replace in material and men.
