  • Ma'am how is it that my tea  is   10  cents more  usual. This is outrageous.
  • Sir  I follow the rules of King George III and his new rule called   The Townshend Act states   that anything imported from England   is taxed.

  • These taxes   on our everyday items are starting to cost us a lot of money
  • Yes  I  know that James but what can we do. The boycott the colonists tried to do didn't work so I don't even no if there is anything else we can do.
  • The Quartering Act
  • You expect me to provide for another person when I have to keep paying enormous taxes on my everyday items.
  • I King George III here by state that this soldier will be provided from you with food, bedding, candles, and necessities according to my new Quartering Act.
  • Before Lexington and Concord
  • Enough is Enough! You either start listening to the colonists requests or we will make you listen to us by going to war.
  • See I'm the king, who makes the laws, has money, and who has the armed soldiers. So since the odds are against you I'm not going do anything differently.
  • After all our hard work we finally get to have our own independence!!
