  • The First Amendment
  • In my opinion, I think that pineapples are better than grapes.
  • I think that this is what I want my religion to be.
  • The Second Amendment
  • Home Alone
  • I'm gonna give you to the count of ten to get your...
  • The Third Amendment
  • You HAVE to house us until the next war.
  • Uh, no I don't. Please go away.
  • The First Amendment makes it illegal to make a law that establishes a religion, stops the freedom of speech, stops people from practicing their religion, stops the press from printing what they want, and stops people from exercising their right to assemble peacefully or demonstrating against the government.
  • The Fourth Amendment
  • Now, Ma'am, since you are not allowed to testify against yourself, who is your witness?
  • The Second Amendment says that the people have the right to keep and bear arms.
  • The Fifth Amendment
  • This is Kevin.
  • The Third Amendment prohibits soldiers from temporarily residing in private homes during peacetime without getting the permission and consent of the owner.
  • The Sixth Amendment
  • Wait, this is isn't allowed. Why am I still here? And what for?
  • 20 years later- still waiting for a trail...
  • Because I think that you are guilty of stealing the president.
  • The Fourth Amendment protects people from being searched or having their things taken away from them without any good reason. If the government or any law enforcement official wants to do that, he or she must have a very good reason to do that and must get permission to perform the search from a judge.
  • You are under arrest.
  • I'm not under arrest unless you have permission. Do you really hate me that much to come up with an awful excuse? I literally just saw him on TV dude.
  • WHY??????
  • The Fifth Amendment protects you from being held for committing a crime unless you have been accused correctly by the police. The Fifth Amendment is also where the guarantee of due process comes from, meaning that the state and the country have to respect your legal rights.
  • The Sixth Amendment guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury, an attorney if the accused person wants one, and the chance to confront the witnesses who are accusing the defendant of a crime, meaning he or she can see who is making accusations.
  • I am terribly sorry ma'am. We will fix that in no time. You shouldn't be here.
