- Thank you for meeting with me today. I wanted to check in to see how your debrief sessions are going with your coach.
- They are going well. It's not too bad. I had all of this training when I worked for another district. I already know what to do.
- Your centers are very thought out and we see evidence of SOR in your lessons. But it is important to debrief with your coach so that she can support what is happening in the moment to support data-driven instruction.
- I missed a few debrief sessions but it's not on purpose. I don't always remember the dates because of so much going on. But I learned all of this before.
- Here we go. I didn't even want to participate in this cohort and I told her that.
- What? But you get an Invite to the meetings which we are all cc'd to. But for real, I have missed an email once or twice.
- It's really important to engage in these debriefing sessions with your coach based on their observations. On the days you miss the debriefing sessions, I can come in and observe your lesson. Then, we can debrief together!
