This represents samsara because the body and soul are going into different stages of life. It shows when the body is going from death to a new life the soul leaves the cycle and a new soul is born into a new life.
This represents karma because the girl that lived a kind life became an upper class person in her next life. The girl that lived a hurtful life to others became a lower class with bad working conditions in her next life.

This represents dharma because it shows the religious duties of hinduism between men and women. Women's religious duties included looking after her children and cleaning, while men's duties included supporting his family with a job to bring in money. A common job for men in Hinduism is a priest and it's how the man supports his family.
All of these aspects of Hinduism are connected because they all have to do with getting to the next stage in your life or the way you reincarnate into your next life.
