Now in this scene, we as the audience or the reader will see a character walking in a mall, late at night, looking at their work (from yesterday). When suddenly they get a text from their phone.
In this scene the phone is loading, which is what the symbol should represent.
There will be text here in this white space. It may talk about the character, or other pieces of information that will add comedy to the reader....Until, suddenly...

As strange as scene looks, this is the closest pose I can edit, to identify to the reader that the character is horrified about what they have discovered on their phone.
Additionally, the background isn't exact, and isn't necessarily intentional, it helps identify to the reader, that this shot is meant to be a surprising shot, that is meant to SHOCK the reader.
The white-space will represent what I would actually be in this scene, because if I was to decide to put some image or text in the white-space, it would just be unnecessary, and unreliable. So, I will just make my final decision, when I actually make the comic strip.
In this scene, the character will wake up from a "nightmare", and will be wondering what happened. This will continue in the next strip...
The background in this scene is not final , and is NOT the final design, or layout of this shot. It's an example of the potential background that I may use, change/edit, improve, or not use at all.
