I was 6 years old and I started on a green spiderman bike.
We went down to the park and there was this long flat sidewalk. It was perfect for learning how to ride a bike.
My mom was holding onto the bike and I started pedaling. Before I knew it, she said “I let go.”
Then, I kept going and that’s where it started. I turned around and she did let go, I was very surprised that I was doing it. I screamed, “Yay!” but was still a little unsure of my skills. My mom said, “ WOW! You can really do it!”
The next day I rode my bike a while, then I went down a hill and I got going super fast then I hit a bump and I fell. I cut my arm open but it wasn’t bad, all we had to do was put a band-aid on it.
Then after that I learned how to ride it good. Good enough to where I could ride up and down big hills without falling.
