Storyboard Text

  • I'm pretending that the food is bad so that my dear Kate can't eat anything, so don't be offended.
  • Well, I’ve started with a interesting plan, and it should succeed. My falcon is now hungry and unfed and must not be given enough to eat until she comes to me, because if her hunger is satisfied, she’ll go back to her old ways.
  • The next step to make my bird come to me is to keep her from sleeping. I’ll make up some problem with the way the bed is made, and mess it up. She’ll have to sit up all night. And if she starts to sleep, I’ll yell until she wakes up. This way I’ll cure her.
  • THOSE BLIND SERVANTS DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE UP A BED! DON'T WORRY, I'LL FIX IT!
  • Why is he yelling so loud? That bed looks fine to me!
  • THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! JUST LET ME HAVE IT!
  • What is this?! A velvet plate? Take it away!
  • He really has tamed her!
  • I say, it's the moon up there, not the sun!
  • No it isn't, its the sun!
  • Yes, I know it's the moon.
  • You look familiar...are you Lucentio's father?
  • You're about to become my relative. Lucentio is about to marry my sweet Kate's sister. You should hurry to Padua, and give them your blessings!
  • Yes. Why do you ask? Do you know Lucentio?
