- Employer: We were all not ready for this pandemic. No one had plans. We are victims of this as it our first experience. we had to cut some ties in order to make progress. and we cannot pay all our employees.
- Smith: We heard that you are about to retrench some of the employees as the situation is getting out of control. what are the possible solutions for this matter?
- Peter: You not the bad person, we all struggling, lets just wait for the outcomes from the union
- Sharon: Mr Peter did you notice that the employer do not care about our rights? i would be the bad guy if I am considering a strike? , my family is struggling
- Smith: We tried by our means to address all your grievances, we negotiated with employer bodies. They are planning a retrenchment
- Employees: what about our families, how are we going to meet our needs? What about our rights?.. we had the contracts before employment
- The meeting continues between the employer and union representative
- Employers are failing us
- Even our government. There is nothing working on our favor in this country. we are just slaves
- Employees are planning a strike but waiting for the negotiation outcomes between employers and unions

- We need to mobilize as much as we can. The companies we only see if we serious when we mobilize employees. We need to be together and send our demands
- Union representative addressing the outcomes of the meeting with the employers
- Employees: we demand our jobs back!!!
- Employees heard that there would be some retrenchments due to covid-19 and they feel like their rights were not considered.
