  • It moves when you throw it because you are using force to move it. This is Newton's first law of motion.
  • How does this ball move? Why doesn't it just stay put?
  • Cool!
  • When I push this puck on this perfectly frictionless ice rink it will just keep going at the same pace until it hits the wall. This si because of Newton's second law, net force is equal to mass times acceleration.
  • Trust me. The bowling ball will not hit you. In Newton's 3rd Law of Motion it says that for every action there is an equal opposite reaction.
  • So your saying that the ball will only go back to where it started.
