Well, yeah. Something else cool, is that Australia's the driest continent that's fully inhabitable. There's the Great Dividing Range that's along the Pacific Coast, and Tasmania, home to Tasmanian devils. Of course, there's the Great Barrier Reef, like you said.. The climate can vary a lot, depending on the place. There's a very hot, and tropical climate in the north. It's arid, very hot, and it can get, like.. Blazing hot. The south is a lot less extreme, though. It can get snowy in the winter, but when hail falls.. They're the size of ping pong balls!
1 Australia is a pretty cool place, isn´t it? It´s a continent AND a country!
2 It really is! Fun fact, it's a continent AND a country.
Well, besides that- the history sort of sucks..
During the early parts of the 17th century, the Dutch explored small bits of Australia. Not much else was done, until 1770. Europe decided to have a colony settle in the place. Soon after, most of the aboriginal people there were long gone due to disease, conflict, and loss of their own land.
Why is she walking backwards?
But some really awesome things about Australia, is it's wildlife! There's the Australian box jellyfish, the most dangerous jellyfish (and marine animal!). One of Australia's well known places is The Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest coral reef. Pretty cool, huh?
Calm down.. GEEZ!
Oh, yeah, I've been to Australia. A lot of them are Christian. A lot of their culture comes from Britain.
Aussies really like cricket and football, but it depends on the season. They also love this weird spread called vegemite. They all love barbeque, too- Not with shrimp, though.
