- Buddhism: Buddhism is a topic most people know about but do not know the full details of it and in this story board we will be going over who is the buddha, what is buddhism, and the other details
- Siddhartha Gautama was the son of a king and queen and he was always in his home and not being shown any suffering in the people around him and he was not allowed to see poor people and this was the start of buddhism when he was questioning life
- Siddharta saw the suffering of the people outside and he went on his way to stop the suffering and followed monks and buddhism originated in the 6th century or 480 bc
- Siddharta visited several monks and tried to find enlightenment from different ways to try and reach it and one is pain inducing to try and get enlightenment and the other is meditating and such and while they worked for others it hasnt worked for him and he tried his own way
- Siddharta knew the pain and suffering of those while he may not see them they are still suffering and he went on to became a monk and became the great buddha and spread his teachings in all of india and when he died he reached the state of nirvana and therefore hasnt been reincarnated
- Buddhism is a religion that is under the teachings of siddharta gautama that believes in reincarnation, the four noble truths and such and such and as well as not doing anything bad like lying or stealing and rejecting the caste system
