  • I want to have more electives in voting.
  • We want the northwestern lands.
  • I declare we make a new form of rules and regulations called The Declaration Of Independence.
  • Nothing is being accomplished in these Articles Of Confederation.
  • Now ,men what shall we put in this declaration of  Independence.
  • I want slave to count as my population.
  • Government should protect life,liberty,and the pursuit of happiness and power comes from the people.
  • How about we create a bill of rights?
  • Here are a few reasons why we shall ratify the constitution present to you the federalist papers.
  • Now men why shall we ratify  this constitution.
  • Also what shall we do about the  slaves escaping to northwest lands where we abolished slavery?
  • Now what shall we do about counting population with all of the slaves?
  • How about we make a slave trade compromise,where any runaway slave found and identified in the northwest territories must be returned to its owner/master back in the south.
  • Also to run this country we will need to have a Great compromise, 2 houses of government with equal representation
  • Alright 3/5 of a other person shall be counted as population ,this shall be called The 3/5 compromise.
  • The articles of confederation were the previous form of government but once realized  how flawed they were the constitutional congress decided to write the declaration of independence,but after the decision was made they had to make a new decision,what to put in this new form or government and how it should work. 
  • Alexander Hamilton ,James Madison, and John Jay present the Federalist papers to the constitutional congress.Then an agreement was made that with the federalist papers came the bill of rights.
  • The constitutional convention was figuring out compromises to make the us constitution ratified,they came up with,the great compromise,the slave trade compromise, and the 3/5 compromise.
