Storyboard Text

  • I would shoot B-Roll at the beginning of the doc to get the audience a sense of the location of the school and what type of environment the students go through.
  • I would film more B-Roll and have a voice-over at the start of the doc asking the audience questions such as "Have you ever wondered what makes you different than the kids at the top of the class?", "What prevents you from being as they are academically?"
  • I would discuss how I would like to improve my grades and discuss the different ways I use my time such as how I use my time efficiently if I look at the rubric, how long I spend on different assignments compared to other students, if I really understand the project assigned, etc.
  • I would film B-Roll here and have a voice over of why I chose to interview teachers and how that's important for students to see.
  • I would interview a random 10th-grade teacher and ask them questions about what they've noticed what makes a good student in their class and what the main issues the bad students in their class do. Then I would ask them any recommendations on how they think the bad students they've witnessed can improve or what they should work on. I would do these types of interviews with different teachers 3 times. I would also put B-Roll between interviews
  • This would be a B-Roll shot on what I'm going to be doing next, which is interviewing students and how this interview is important for them to become better academically.
