  • Well, with the use of electromagnetism. I can listen to the tour with my headphones! Its called "the motor effect," and it works by pushing current variations into a cone which projects sound waves.
  • With the use of electromagnetism, I can beat you at video games!!
  • Video game controllers work through waves that occur between the device and console. When you push a button, it completes a circuit within the controller that then processes and sends the reading to the console at a rapid speed.
  • Because of electromagnetism, we have toasters that make peanut butter toast!!
  • In fact, a toaster uses electromagnetically powered energy. It works when the magnet attaches to the metal handle, and then is released once a high enough voltage is reached. It uses a capacitor and a resistor to do so as well.

  • Thankfully we can listen to it by the power of electromagnetism which powers the radio.
  • When you turn the dial to a specific electromagnetic wavelength, or frequency, the radio uses those waves to create mechanical vibrations you can hear!
