Why Goal Setting is Important
Goals help you focus on one thing at a time, and help with concentration.
Goals help to get past procrastination, too!
They also help measure your progress, so if you don't set a goal, you don't know how far you are!
What is a SMART goal?
The "SMART" in Smart Goals is an acronym. The letters are: S: Specific M: Measurable A: Achievable R: Realistic T: Timely These all represent the type of goal that should be set and how to set goals.

Bad: I want to be a ninja. Good Example: I want to travel to Japan and study martial arts.
