  • Emotional wellness refers to how you react to life situations.
  • Making sure you can work and control your stress is important.
  • Mental wellness is being comfortable with others and yourself.
  • Without stress management, dependency to food can be caused, or some will not eat at all. Also, unhealthy amounts of stress can take a negative toll on your health. So identifying the root of your stress and working through it is so important.
  •  Mental And Emotional Health Stress Defense Mechanisms 
  • Defense mechanisms are unconscious ways people psychologically protect themselves. However, some can make others feel worse.
  • Building and sustaining relationships with family and friends is important because having people to depend on can release oxytocin.
  • Digital media has done some good an some bad regrading being social. Because of media, people tend to isolate themselves. But on the other hand, it’s a way to help and socialize when meeting up in person isn’t possible.
  • Social wellness is the ability to interact and understand others.
