- Bono is trying to get Troy to do the right thing which is him stopping his affair with Alberta. Bono doesn't want to see his friend make the biggest mistake of his life so he basically calling him out for his wrong doings.
- Bono is trying to get Troy to realized how much Rose loves him and how she's perfect for him. He doesn't want Rose to get hurt in process and let Troy to ruin his happiness
- Troy Finally Told Rose what he did and she was devastated. She was angry but most importantly confused. She did everything she could to be the best wife to him, so the fact that she couldn't get that loyalty back hurts
