Step 4: Adaptation
Organisms will sometimes have to change when environmental Change takes place to survive. Here, the dinosaur has a long neck to reach the trees for food and has a tail to defend itself from predators. The lizard that evolved from this dinosaur has scales to defend itself from the heat, and has a tail that can regrow so that it can get away from new predators.
