  • Thomas Paine and what he did
  • Saratoga was important because it was the turning point for the British. 
  • A foreign aid and how it was important 
  • Please, we can use the money!
  • It was also a turning point of the Revolutionary War
  • How the war affected families

  • Thomas Paine would rise to the challenge of literacy warfare. Paine also delivered the words that salvaged the Revolution due to the American crisis. 
  • How the Loyalist were treated in the colonies
  • Well we are staying on this side

  • Juan de Miralles was a foreign aid who persuaded Cuba, Spain, and Mexico to send the U.S. money to help with the war. It was important because he raised money to support the war.
  • The war affected families majorly including, wives having to take care of their families by themselves. Children having to make do without a father around, and having everyone pick up and take care of businesses and farms.
  • when is daddy coming home
  • They were treated rude and some kindly. Some people treated the patriots rude by spying on them and others shunned them. Others were friendlier by fighting on their side.
