I didn't say goodbye to anybody, and I don't get to go to the dance.
I'm going to go back to C-average to fulfill my promises.
In this scene: At Garland, everything seems a little bit different to him. Cap misses all the slamming lockers, he misses the food that was scooped onto his tray by laddies in hairnets and greasy aprons, he missed Trigonometry and Tears, especially the reruns. He even missed Sophie calling him freakazoid.
'Dear Rain, I'm sorry, but this is just too important, Don't worry about me, I'll be home soon. Cap'
In this scene: Cap starts to feel really bad that he didn't say goodbye to anybody and live up to the dance. He didn't like the thought of not keeping his promises. So he made a decision.
In this scene: Cap decides to go back to C-average and fulfill his promises to everybody. He wanted to keep his promises and do what was right to him. So he went back to C-average without telling Rain in person.
In this scene: Cap leaves Rain a note saying "Dear Rain, I'm sorry, but this is just too important. Don't worry about me, I'll be home soon. Cap." Cap makes sure that he keeps his promises
In this scene: Cap begins to walk back to C-average to complete his promises. Cap sees a car and doesn't think anything of it. Then he saw the best person that could help him.
In this scene: Cap then sees a car and sees the person in it. Its Sophie there to pick him up. He was relieved that he had somebody to pick him up to go back to C-average. He was also happy that he got to see Sophie again and got to here her say freakazoid one more time.
