Citizens from age 6 to 14 go to primary school. This is held in big brick buildings. There is no speaking in the classroom. All students get a tablet to do work on and have an online teacher. They work independently. Talking about school work is strictly prohibited. This is to stop competition over grades.
From 14 to 18 you go to finishing school. This is where certain tests decide which jobs would be good for you. When this is decided, you are divided into special classes based on what job you are going to do. There is lecturing in this type of school but students can not answer questions or talk about school work.
After primary and finishing school, most citizens go straight to work. Some jobs, though, such a police men and nurses require specialization schooling in which you learn more about the job. This is more hands on learning, but there is still no competition over grades or being the teachers pet.
