  • Student one is worried that if he picks a speciality he might be unable to find work. He doesn't have experience in social work, but wants to work in a field where he feels he can make a strong connection. Student two is angry because she doesn't feel that the work that is being done in community health is meeting the needs of the population.

  • The Community SPEAKS (Selective Prevention Empowers and Advances Kids Success) Fellowship Program

  • The fellowship program will provide students with training in selective prevention interventions that they can use in direct clinical practice. Students are required to use the skills learned at least 50% of the time during their field placement
