  • The mexican army arrives with about 100 soldiers . However, They do not make it across to the Gonzalez.The river is too deep from the storm a few days ago.
  • The Gonzalez women made a white flag out of their wedding dresses with a dare... COME AND TAKE IT.
  • Once the river went down , the fight started,Texans crossed and engaged with the mexican army.During the fight the small cannon was fired.It burst with so much force, it scared the mexican army so they retreated,one mexican troop was killed, leaving Texans with victory.
