- One day, Mara was talking to Ruth about getting a husband, so he can redeem the family. And I could redeem the family.
- I ate my bread and I fell asleep with the soothing sound, and knowing that all my barley and wheat was safe.
- I saw this woman at my feet. It was Ruth. She uncovered my feet from the blanket that was underneath.
- She asked me to redeem her family, and save her family. But I couldn't. For there was another man that could do it. But if he was not willing to do it, I surely will.
- Before the sunset, I gave her 6 measures of barley, for she must not go back to her mother in law empty-handed.
- Ruth told Mara everything, and she told Ruth not to worry, for I will not rest until the matter settled.
