Juliet meets with Friar Lawrence after Paris leaves, expressing with a dagger that she will kill herself than marry Paris. The friar then proposes a plan that involves drinking a potion that fakes her death instead, allowing her to marry Romeo.
In accordance to the plan, Juliet fakes obedience with repentence to her father, extending the marriage another day to execute the plan.
Juliet asks her parents and nurse to leave as she goes into her room, but then questioning the effects of the potion and doubts about the friar, but ending up drinking the potion after remembering it's for Roemo.
Marriage preparations are taken place and the nurse is tasked with waking up Juliet. As the nurse tries to wake up Juliet , she then exclaims that she is dead.
The nurse realized that Juliet isn't asleep, she exclaims that she is dead, having lord and lady Capulet come in and mourn, spreading the news throughout the Capulet house with everyone in mourn, and the friar commanding for funeral preparations, knowing she isn't dead.
