Zeus see's that Poseidon is talking to his wife and gets upset because Zeus has a soft spot for pretty women. Poseidon argues with Zeus.
Zeus calls over Athena (who carries his shield). Zeus and Poseidon start to battle and Hera (Zeus's wife) leaves because she is so angry of this fight.
Zeus and Poseidon battle for days that turn into weeks and weeks that turn into months. The towns people and Athens are getting very worried that it will never ever stop.
Hers and Athena have had enough of the brothers silliness and they take action. They tell them that what there fighting about is just silly and that they should get over it. The brothers don't listen though ad continue fighting. until....
...Zeus defeats Poseidon and Hera and Athena are over joyed that the battle is finally over. Poseidon is terribly sad that he fought for so long and so hard for nothing.
Zeus, Athena, and Hera fall to the ground with thanks that the battle is over. They fall down so hard that they make cracks in the ground, those cracks are what we call the Grand Canyon today. Poseidon's tears fill the canyon with water. And that is how the Grand Canyon was made. The End.
