Storyboard Text

  • Paleolithic period
  • We are running low on food and we can't find any deer. I think we need to move to an area with better resources
  • Ok we will pack our tents up by morning and move on. I think there will be more resources if we head north.
  • Neolithic period
  • I think we need to plant more seeds because what we have now is not enough food for our family.
  • Ok sounds good to me. Thankfully we have the ox to help us pull the plow. It makes it so much easier.
  • Civilizations
  • I will trade you my seashell necklace for one of your weaved pouches.
  • It is a deal I will be finished with your pouch by Wednesday after noon.
  • The paleolithic age was the age were people hunted and gathered to find their food. They never had a perminet home because they were always running out of resources in the area they lived in so they had to move somewhere with more resources to feed there group or tribe of people.
  •   The neolithic period they had more permanent homes and started villages that had a steady food supply. This was based off of farming and the domesticating of animals which was either killed later or used to farm.
  • The rise of civilizations was an important step in history. These developed from villages that  connected and became a civilization. Another affect was they started to trade idems of value. They usually had a ruler or king.
