  • Farewell!-God knows when we shall meet again. I have a faint cold fear thrills through my veins That almost freezes up the heat oflife.

  • Juliet asks Friar Lawrence for help because Lord Capulet and Lady Capulet force her to marry Paris this Wednesday. Fiar Lawrence proposes a plan and gives Juliet a sleeping potion that will appear to be dead. After she wakes up, Friar Lawrence will her will return to Mantua with Romeo.
  • Take this vial, mix its contents with liquor, and drink. Then a cold, sleep-inducing drug will run through your veins, and your pulse will stop.
  • In Juliet's bedchamber, Juliet asks the Nurse to let her spend the night by herself. And she drinks the potion.
  • The next morning, the Capulet house is preparing for Juliet's wedding. Lord Capulet sends the nurse to wake Juliet up. But the Nurse finds Juliet dead. Soon, Lord Capulet and Lady Capulet join. They are saddened by Juliet's death.
