Storyboard Text

  • Fluffy the rooster is hatching an egg! Lilly is confused because she doesn't lay eggs.
  • ???
  • Hey, what are you doing? Wanna play something?
  • Sorry, I'm hatching an egg! I need to keep it warm.
  • APPARENTLY THE PLATYPUS AND I ARE THE ONLY EGG LAYING MAMMALS!
  • But eggs are for eating. You told me you were going to lay a baby?
  • I can´t wait for the cute baby puppies and chickens!
  • Silly Lilly! I am laying a baby! It comes out of the egg. You lay your babies live. All birds lay eggs, so do most reptiles, amphibians and insects.
  • Egg laying animals are called oviparous and non-egg laying animals are called viviparous. They are both ways of producing young.
  • Fluffy's baby is having difficulty breathing. This is because animals that live in their mothers tummy have more chance of survival.
  • Internal fertilization can happen in both oviparous and viviparous animals.
  • So so, so cute!!!
  • AHHHH! SNAKE!
  • My type can lay eggs or have babies!
  • DID YOU KNOW? MORE AIMALS OVIPAROUS!
  • So can mine!
  • Viviparity is in plants and animals. In plants seeds fall from them onto the ground then another plant grows out of the seed.
  • THE END!!!
  • Hey, did ya know that the development of Zygote takes place inside Lilys body and outside of yours because you lay an egg mummy?
  • Excuse me, I'm meant to be the smart one here!
