Hey Katie, don’t you feel like this air quality is pretty bad these days?
Yea Kyle, I think it may be those massive fossil fuel plants that have been releasing tons on C02 and tons of toxic chemicals. Maybe solar energy could help with this, because it is clean energy
Did you know that if you have solar panels, you’ll have electricity during power outages?
Actually, yeah, that makes total sense, because you can store your energy from before and you make your own energy, so if a powerline falls, it won’t affect you.
Also, it is completely clean, it has no negative effects on the environment, it doesn’t release and greenhouse gasses and it doesn't obstruct animals habitats
It also is a renewable resource, the sun will never run out, you don’t have to worry about it running out.
With solar panels, you make your own energy, so you never have to pay for electricity again!
Also, you don’t have to deal with a company raising your electricity bill, you make your own. It may be expensive at first, but it’s worth it in the long run. When the electric company had to charge you more, you won’t have to pay, because you make your own electricity.
Yea, but what if it’s cloudy for a while?
The solar panels can store energy for when it’s cloudy and it can store energy for a while
Kyle: I think I may switch to solar panels. I would be saving the environment while also saving around $1,400 a year using solar panels.
