- Ponyboy and his pal Johnny were invited to a Drive in by their friend, Dallas. When they arrived they sat behind some nice looking soc girls. Dally started talking dirty to one of them. Their boyfriends leaved them to drink.
- Ponyboy and Johnny became friends with the girls, Dallas got bored and leaved. Two-bit, another friend, arrived. The girls didn't have a car to go back home so the boys decided to walk them. Their b-friends found them and took the girls with them almost starting a fight
- When Ponyboy got home, he got yelled at by his brother, Darry. Because he came back really late. But his other old brother kept Pony's back safe from that.
