Storyboard Text

  • Perseus and Medusa
  • Bring me Medusa's head.
  • Help from Hermes and Athena
  • And a shield
  • We are here to help, here is a sword.
  • We also brought gifts. Here are some winged shoes, a cap of invisibility and a pouch to carry Medusa's head.
  • Cave of the Gorgons
  • Finally! I can take the monsters head!
  • Polydectes asks Perseus to get Medusa's head, so that he gets turned to stone by her.
  • Perseus, with aid from Athena and Hermes, three nymphs, and the aged ones who he forced the location of Medusa out off, prepared to fight Medusa.
  • Perseus quickly cut off Medusa's head, using the reflection of shield to see her, and then put her head into his bag before the sisters could wake up. When he got back and showed it to Polydectes, he turned to stone. Now the head rests on Athena's shield, warding off evil.
