I was born on December 12th, 2004. I was a happy baby, and I attended the Jordan Center preschool. Once I was three, I changed to temple Beth Or, where I discovered a love of drawing. I also thought I was a super hero. I was absolutely obsessed with super man! My parents were loving and kind, and we had a lot of fun growing up.
During my second to last year of preschool, my brother was born and my life changed forever. I was so exited and I would always want to spend time with him. However, a year later I went off to Kindergarten. On my first day I was nervous, but I walked to class all by myself and I loved it from then on.
As my life went on, I began to like school mare and more. I enjoyed all my academics and I liked to challenge myself. I began to love reading. I read my first chapbook at age 5. It was James and the Giant Peach, by Roald Dahl.
In first grade, I Progressively read more and more chapter books. I also learned more at Sunday school. I learned more about Hebrew, the Israeli language. I learned how to recognize certain letters and words.
At about 7 years old, I discovered sports. I had never really been interested in them before, so it was new territory for me. I was pretty bad at first, but I pursued it and got better. I started basketball back then, and I still play today.
Third Grade was a great year for me. I improved a lot and learned lots of new skills. My teacher was Mrs. Anolick and she was pretty amazing. She really had a way with us kids, and wasn't afraid to challenge us and give us difficult work meant for older kids. She made all of us better.
