Hey umm, my name is Mary and do you know what's a perfect square trinomial?
Yea sure, I can help with that. My name is peter by the way
So what are perfect square trinomial
A trinomial is a perfect square if the first and last term are perfect squares
The middle term is two time one factor from each each term and multiplied by two.
Now that you know what perfect squares, could how to factor when a is not 1?
sure, when A does not equal 1, you multiply A with C then you begin to factor them out.
So you know a lot about algebra?
what are the difference squares?
Yea a little bit, I took it about last semester.
After you know that they are perfect squares you the factor them by one adding them and the other subtracting them
When your finding the difference in square both terms have to be perfect squares and they have to be ina subtracting state
Also do you know what completing the square is
Yea I can always teach you what you need.
When you are completing the square you use (B/2^2) then that will give you your C.
So when you ues that formula to find C you, just completed the square
