Storyboard Text

  • Exposition 
  • The King dies. Their is no heir to the throne. 
  • Rising Action 
  • Sir Ector and four  others travel to London for the tournament. 
  • Climax
  • Wart pulls the sword out of the stone without realizing it is the famous sword. 
  • The initial  conflict and setting of the  story is the  king died. In order to choose a new king someone must pull the magical sword from the stone.  Men become kings by their spiritual  ability. 
  • Falling Action 
  • "I am not really your father." You are to be the king of England.
  • Sir Ector and four others travel to London after hearing about a tournament being held  their. There is a sword there that  has engraved lettering saying "whoever pulls it, that should be the king of England."
  • Resolution 
  • Kay notices his sword is missing. He ask Wart to go fetch it front he Inn they were staying in. Wart is angry when asked to do so. Not being able to find the sword, Wart looks for another to being back to Sir Kay. Wart finds the sword in the stone and takes it back to Sir Kay not knowing he just pulled out the famous sword. 
  • Theme
  • Once Sir Kay notices where Wart got the sword he tells Sir Ector. This is when  Sir Ector tells Wart he is not really his father and that he is to become  king of England.  and have a place for them  in his kingdom. 
  • Wart is the new King . He is now heir of the throne. 
  • Wart is going to be the new king of England and take over the throne. 
  • Loyalty would be the theme and moral of the story. Because when Wart went to fetch Sir Kay's sword he had pulled out the famous sword. Wart then brought back the famouse sword and was gonna let Kay have the credit not even noticing it was the famous sword.
