  • Early men observed that saplings grew after rains, from the seeds of fruits and nuts that they throw. People didn't discover farming all at once, they gradually started farming.
  • Not everyone wanted to be a farmer, so they all did different jobs.

  • Because people didn't have to move around anymore, People started building permanent shelters. The invention of fire and potter's wheel helped them to cook and store food.
  • With farmers gathering enough food for the communities, people started different jobs. They started to pay more attention to they way they and other things looked . So, they decorated their pottery and learnt the skill of handicraft.
  • They would use what they had from their job to trade for things they needed.
