What is the theoretical probability of wining a prize on a single try in a marble game.
The theoretical probability of wining on a single try is 1/3 because there are 2/3 in one bag and 1/2 in the other. So, you multiply them and get 2/6 and then you simplify it to 1/3.
How does the results in this table and the theoretical probability you found compare? I don't get this!!
I got 9/30 that simplifies to 3/10 because every game happens because of randomness.
For this game does the player have a better chance of wining with the bag game or the spinner game?
I think that the spinner game has a greater possibility of wining because the probability of the spinner game is 4/9 and the bag game is 3/9. Meaning the spinner game has a higher chance.
