  • I have dream that.....segregation should stop! Why does it really matter of your looks? It matters about your personality!!
  • In the 1950s white people treated black people poorly. They often not let them in restaurants. Because there was a ridiculous law that black people should be separated with white people.
  • What!? But...
  • No blacks allowed! Now get out!
  • Black people can't go to the same school as white people. One day in 1955 december 1st an activist named Rosa parks refused to give a seat to a white man. So she went jail. But she didn't care about it.
  • No! Never!
  • Um...this seat is taken.
  • Gasp!
  • In 1963 Martin Luther king jr had a speech called 'I have a dream'.
  • A few months later Martin Luther started a peacful march. Alot of people took part on the event. During the march some white people tried to stop them by insulting them. Martin Luther king didn't care about it. He just wanted to march peacefully.
  • In 1964 Lyndon Johnson signed the civil rights movement act.
  • In 1968 the civil rights movement ended. Sadly in 1968 april 4th Martin luther king got killed. Alot of people went to his funeral. Segregation ended.
