  • Fashion during the 1920s can be described as a glamorous with women wearing more dress and shorter skirts with simple shapes and men wearing more classical suits and shoes. women's hair also changed alongside their clothes, they cut their hair shorter.

  • Speakeasies were a place away from the public eye where people could have a drink with their friends or family without getting in trouble with the law because of the 18th amendment or the prohibition. Speakeasies were pretty secretive and had secret entrances and exits in and out.

  • Organized crime started to appear during the prohibition era because of the restriction on alcoholic beverages. What the 18th amendment did is stop manufacture, transportation, and sale of alcohol which made many people turn to illegal ways of obtaining alcohol, so people turned to organized gangs, and crime to get alcohol
