Hi, I'm Philip and I started this very flour mill, Philips Flour.
This is New Ulm before white settlers came,

After we moved in, we started planting crops like wheat. So i decided to start my flour mill.
After the wheat gets harvested, it comes in this machine.
The machine breaks up the grain and separates it.
When the wheat leaves, it is a powder called flour used in many foods such as bread, cake, and cookies.
Flour is used all over the world, and that's why I'm proud to be one of the very first in Minnesota.
