1. Macrophage encounters and eats a pathogen floating in the blood so it wouldn't enter the cells
I am a Macrophage
I am a pathogen
Helper t cell and Macrophage interacting through their antigens
2. A helper t cell comes and interacts with the macrophage.
I am a Helper T cell
Pathogen floating around in the blood
3. This activates the b cell because a pathogen is floating in the blood and has not entered the cells
Regular Cells
I am a B cell
4. The b cell replaces the Macrophage for now, and interacts with the helper t cell to make a memory b cell and plasma b cell so that it will be easier to fight the pathogen next time around.
I am a Memory B cell
I am a Plasma cell
Plasma cell tags pathogen with Antibody, a protein that can recognise the pathogen
5. The plasma b cell tags the pathogen using antibody so it doesn't enter any of the cells
Infected pathogen
6. The Macrophage comes in again and eats the cell that is infected with antibiotics, to get rid of it from the immune system
